  Store itself is lovely, nice cafe, good range of products, friendly staff. Sometimes they forget to give you the green tokens, but I'm not going to lose sleep over *that*.
  Parent and child parking, however, is
  a) poorly located: you have to walk in the road, and cross from behind a hedge, and all the baby trolleys are located next to the store, not in trolley bays by the parent and child parking (I either have to risk the hidden hedge crossing with my three children, or leave them unattended and out of sight, behind the hedges whilst I get a trolley.
  and
  b) poorly laid out: two spaces next to each other, wider spacing only on the outsides of the two spaces, so you'd better hope that your child's car seat is on the right side - and heaven forfend that you should have more than one, or even two children!
  The trolleys also presume only one small child who needs to be kept from pulling everything off the shelves, so if you have twins, or two 18mths apart, presumably you shouldn't be shopping in Waitrose - it's not for you, sorry.
